Use of the tool
Papruno helps you prepare business documents without registration. Use it only for information and documents you are authorized to create. You retain responsibility for the content you enter and the rights to uploaded logos and signatures. An uploaded signature image is a visual element; Papruno does not provide identity verification or certified electronic signing.
Verify your document
Review all amounts, dates, numbering, parties, tax treatment and payment records before issuing a document. Financial and tax calculations are tools, not accounting or legal advice. You remain responsible for requirements applicable in your jurisdiction.
Local data and availability
Your data is stored in your browser and is not synchronized to an account. Keep copies of documents and records you need. Storage clearing, browser limits, device failures and changes to this website may affect access; continuous availability and recovery are not guaranteed.
Payments and receipts
Recording a payment does not move money or verify that money was received. Receipts must reflect actual payments. Papruno does not process payments or collect funds.
Updates and support
The product may be updated. Material changes to data handling should be reflected in the Privacy Policy. A verified operator contact must be added before public launch.
